Stayed for two nights (3rd floor), rooms and service are good without any real complaints. But, unfortunately, the location is a nightmare for light sleepers. Definitely do NOT get a room in direction of the road in front, its 1:30 am on a Thursday now, music is booming through the windows from the bar connected and even with "double windows" you hear everything outside and inside, really looking forward to be tired as hell during my meeting tomorrow (slight sarcasm, sorry)...so yeah, nice place, but do not get a room facing the street if you are looking for a quite stay...or some sleep in my case. Cheers.

Overall good experience. The room was good and clean, the breakfast had a decent variety, and the location was convenient, far from the traffic of the city center, but still can be easily reached though the metro station (very close) or if you have your own car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing that I can point out, is that sometimes you hear footsteps from the rooms above you and some noise from the rooms next to you.

The hotel is a couple of stops on the metro from centrale. There is a nice vibe. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was really spacious and nice. AC works well. The breakfast was great too.

We were only here for a quick stop over whilst travelling in Italy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely rooms and hotel. Excellent breakfast and all the staff were jolly and friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
