I enjoyed it so much that I ended up extending my stay 2 times up to 2 weeks all in all. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very convenient. It's a simple hotel but for me it was absolutely enough. I like the Ueno area and with the Yamanote line so close it's very easy to go to other places in Tokyo without having to change trains a lot. When I will come to Tokyo again I'm making sure to stay here again.

All things considered, still not worth it for the price. Overall it is clean and quiet, as is the norm with other capsule hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. What is NOT normal and why I am not staying here again: They say they have a “locker” for your valuables but it’s about half the size of a shoebox so your computer, headphones, tablets etc will not fit. There are no garbage bins in the dorms. They apparently expect you to put your shoes back on and exit the dorm to reach them. Whether you stay 1 night or 20, you still only get one towel. This is unhygienic. If you want to change your towel it’s 200 yen. Each capsule has a smoke detector which they decided to place right in the middle of the ceiling so you can smack your head on it every single time. There is a fan inside each capsule if it gets stuffy but it’s SO loud you wouldn’t be able to sleep. They technically have a “lights out” time but they dim the lights so slightly you can’t even tell, people don’t notice and continue to pack their bags as late as they like. I checked out early and had 2 large suitcases and a heavy backpack so I asked if I could leave them while I just went to the convenience store and back. Sure - for 200 yen! Other places I’ve stayed would do this for free.

Exceeded my expectations! Delighted with the facilities and incredibly friendly staff. Everything necessary was provided, and the realization that top-notch toiletries were complimentary meant I didn't need to pack a thing. Many thanks for a wonderful experience!

Highly recommend for solo traveler or decent accommodation to suit all kind of traveler needs. As it is a capsule hotel, hence there’s pros and con. There’s more pros than con. One major pros were how helpful the front desk lady and man who are doing shift on 31st Dec till 2nd Jan. Helpful and yet knowledgeable when seeking queries. They deserve a raise 🤣 There’s only one con, which was you would need to be considerate and remind quiet to avoid making too much noise. Afterall, it’s a capsule so do take note when booking. Once again amazing capsule hotel 💯Definitely recommend it 🏨

Rooms were nice and cozy. The light and fan really helped with making the room comfy. The public areas are also pretty modern and felt clean. Just make sure to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
