        Beautiful building that needs tender loving care: plants, flowers., smiles at arrival totally missing. Rooms were lacking in toiletries. No bell man,, terrible coffee at breakfast . So much potential in such a beautiful place. Get a manager please!

        I would not recommend this place for the following reasons:security; none existent. In the dining room at breakfast time a pocketbook was stolen from a fellow traveler.Chile is going through a difficult time and you think that they would provide security in the dinning room.The staff in the dining room are inattentive to the needs of the guests.When you asked for service ; they act like you are bothering them.The checking in staff need customer service training and are rude.The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff nice.I traveled with a large group and we were not happy. The carpets in the rooms looked like they were here when Allende was president. If I could ,I would give this hotel a -1 star.The hotel could easily be upgraded with proper training, security ,minor upgrades and more staff.

        Very friendly and courteous staff at all levels, I give them 5 stars. But the rooms need improvement. Room A/C is extremely noisy so forget about getting any sleep. Water cuts in and out unexpectedly. There are better options in Santiago for the price.

        This place is excellent. The hotel room was huge and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as understanding and patient with my broken Spanish. I'd recommend staying to anyone.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
