Worst hotel I’ve ever heard of. My aunt was looking for a nice time in Rome she got this hotel since it was cheap and she asked for all women since she’s a woman she walks in and there’s 2 men inside the room and she asked to be moved to an all women room and they won’t let he she’s now stuck with men and there’s supposed to be two other people and there not telling her what there gender is the front desk lady is new and does not know what she’s doing when I visit Rome I will not be visiting this disgusting place not to mention the hotel is disgustingly dirty I’m appalled truly and disgusted this is absolutely astronomical my aunt also said it smells horrible in there and I believe it she was on the phone and showed me how dirty the place was I do not recommend coming to this hotel PS THERE WAS A ROACH IN THE SHEETS! In the USA this would not be tolerated worse than a motel 6 if you ask me 0/10 I’m upset I had to write this review but I need to warn people as a human I need to warn society about this place so people don’t make the same mistake my aunt did😞 Justice for the people who have had a similar experience.

Great location & super awesome staff! Julia and the entire team was so hospitable and I felt like I was home the entire stay. The location is great and its so easy to move around on foot everywhere from there. They serve you great espresso and cappuccino. They have air conditioning and 24/7 concierge which is a big plus :)

This is a modest hotel, but a great choice for anyone traveling to Rome. You simply can't beat the price, location and helpfulness of the employees. The room is simple, but comfortable and always clean. The staff cleaned it every day and was on call for anything we needed, like an iron! The bathroom was on the smaller side, especially the shower, but it was functional and fine for our 4-night stay. This was my second trip to Rome and second time staying in Trastevere. I love the area. Such incredible food places all around and a vibrant, lively place but quiet at night. Some of the tourist attractions our a ways away, but it's extremely walkable and when it's not, we took a taxi. The staff provided us with a map on our first day there and were extremely attentive. Their warmth definitely would encourage me to book this place again! This hotel does offer breakfast, but we had such early mornings we always missed it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. It's nice, clean, very accommodating staff, great location and you seriously CANNOT beat this price!

The location in Rome was excellent, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. While the room was a bit small for two people, we managed to make it work. It's important to note that the room doesn't lock automatically; you need to lock it manually, so be mindful of that. On a positive note, the barista preparing cappuccinos in the mornings was a delightful touch!

Very satisfied with our stay! Simple accommodations with amazing service from Julia and Pedro. The location can’t be beat, you can walk to almost everything. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will stay again when in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
