The staff at Hotel Trecento were amazing! They were so helpful with everything. Calling for dinner reservations, helping us with taxi’s and the taxi app secretes and helping us find anything we needed. We stayed in two different rooms due to some travel changes we needed to make and both rooms were great. The junior suite we stayed in the last two nights only had the jacuzzi tub and no stand up shower, but the massage chair in the room was great after walking around town all day. The location was also perfect 10-15 from most of the top tourist attractions and a great little restaurant right next door! Thank you to the amazing staff! We highly recommend this hotel.

Had the most incredible experience at the hotel trecento. The staff are wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. The room is spotless and high tech and the location is quite literally unbeatable. What a wonderful way to start off our honeymoon trip!

What a lovely stay we just had, walking distance from everything! It's the perfect location. Very high tech room and easy understand. Staff is very friendly and helpful, loved the shower and I only have a little complain about it, the first night we did not have hot water but it wasn't something that bothered us, the issue was fixed promptly. I was surprised to see a massage chair on our room, it really made a difference, we walked so much in Rome that you return to your room with pain everywhere, the massage chair help us a lot to relax and it was very well appreciated! Check in time is at 2 pm but the staff was able to accommodate us right at the time we arrived at the hotel which was 10 am. Will definitely stay there again when the time comes! Thank you guys for your hospitality :)

First of all, get the suite, bougie!! Everything is remote control off a cell phone, there’s free coffee any time, free water your first day, free access to Netflix or whatever else you’re looking for (I’m not much or a tv person), bluetooth surround sound speakers for music. So many things!! Massage chair, jet powered bath tub also included!! Staff is available, will grab you a taxi, fluent in English, can give you advice on the best views, help you anytime, are available in person until 11pm! Such a great getaway stay for my sister and I!

Had an ok stay at this place, but was looking forward to moving on to our next hotel after 3 days. Location is great! 15 minute walk to colosseum and metro B station, and walking distance to many other Rome highlights. The "high tech" hotel functionality was difficult to use and did not consistently work. The lights are controlled by some touch sensors on the wall, which should be pretty simple, but instead they did different things each time we used them. No way to turn off the bathroom light without turning on ALL the room lights and turning them back off. They provided a phone with the "smart" app to control lights and temperature. Sometimes changing light settings would reset the temperature. Most rooms are located directly off the one room reception area, like ours was. You could hear everything happening in reception, like the phone ringing, phone calls, or the receptionist tidying up at midnight. Hard to sleep if you need it quiet and/of don't like the feeling that someone is in the room with you. Our room was cleaned even though we left the do not disturb sign on the door. We asked them not to clean it the next day, and they didn't. The shower temperature could not be changed. It stayed on a too hot setting. Seems like the knob to adjust it was stuck.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
