        I got one of the rooms that had not been renovated yet. It was pretty run down, lots of visible black mold in the bathroom, the tub was dirty, and there was a ball of human hair stuck to one of the walls in the bathroom. The elevator worked perfectly, and the service was decent. For those with mobility issues or a wheelchair it is not accessible. The only upside about this hotel is the location. It is like a 3 minute walk to the trevi fountain

        This is a great location to walk to many attractions. 3 mins to Trevi Fountain and streets of great restaurants. Rooms were quaint and clean. Bed is two singles pushed together as a single you do feel the middle join. Lovely rooftop breakfast views. Staff were are lovely and extremely welcoming and friendly

        We had booked this room as a family of four. We were met by a very friendly manager and got a good first impression during the check-in. Little did we know by the time that we were going to experience several issues and incidents during our stay, that I think its important to adress to other guests that are considering to rent here. The rooms they gave us where two joining bedrooms. Everything seemed to be ok at first, but after a while we noticed the aircondition were not able to cool down both of the rooms. We were all sweating while we were resting, about 1 hour after check in. We notified the reception an they told us that its because of the carpet and the size of the rooms were too big for the a/c. They could only provide us with fans. We accepted that and hoping it would be a little relief. A few hours later we suddenly got waken up by a big scream from one of our kids. She had eaten a piece of bread which she discovered was full of ants. After that we found that both the beds in the kids room were full of running ants, plus on the table against the wall. Eventually after som time, we got relocated to another room, but not with the same setup. We now had to share one smaller standard room for all of us. We expressed our disappointment several times, but in the end there were no other available rooms. They only accepted our request for late check-out as a compensation. Now, during and after our stay, and several days later we discovered that we had gotten rashes all over our bodies. Which we are quite convinced that comes from our stay at Tritone. Its not a coincidence that all the four of us have gotten rashes at the same time. In conclusion, I would reconsider staying here and look to other hotels. Even though the location is perfect, our stay was not pleasant at all. Some of the staff were accommodating, but others were totally indifferent. The hotel has serious issues concerning pests, and should probably have the whole building inspected and renovated.

        Beautiful hotel! I’ve been twice at it cause it’s located right in the city center! The rooms are very comfortable & clean! Breakfast buffet is good and provides a lot of different options! The host & service is amazing, especially Alessandra, always with a smile, kind and super helpful! Definitely will visit again!! Highly recommended!!
