I enjoy staying at Trusty Tokyo Bayside. When I'm in Tokyo, it feels like a refuge from some of the craziness, but I am close enough to the train station to get places. There is also a really nice parking garage for my car. The rooms are basic but comfortable. I like that I can control the AC to make the room nice and cool in the summer months. This will always be my go-to in Odaiba.

The hotel has a fairly modern appearance and was mostly clean, with the exception of numerous dirty spots on the walls in the room I stayed as well as in the dining room. It's outside of the central area, so there aren't any places of interest or amenities such as convenience stores or fast dining restaurants in the immediate environmental. However, a train station and bus stop are in reasonably close proximity. My main reason for giving 2 stars is because they don't cater to vegetarians. With the exception of a mini salad bar, some fruits and breads, everything else contained meat. I paid over ¥1600 to have breakfast included in my package but wasn't able to enjoy a good breakfast because of this. I also had a look at their dinner menu and there wasn't anything suitable for vegetarians. In this day and age, when vegetarianism is increasing, this isn't acceptable for a hotel that is promoting itself as world class.

The hotel itself was nice. I chose it as it was pretty decent distance from all the stuff to do in Odaiba but without the price. I stayed by myself. The inside is very modern, almost business class looking. Room is very small but spacey. Tv, sofa, also comes with a full tub to soak in as well. The halls did smell of smoke, but I didn't smell it inside my non-smoking room. They do also have shuttle buses which can get you off at a few places near by. It was certainly useful when I was heading home with my suitcase. The hours aren't too convenient though. I wanted to use it on the way back, and I did confirm with the driver who dropped me off around 9pm that he picks up from that location as well, but perhaps it was after shuttle hours (10pm) as I waited half an hour and no signs of him so I walked home. It isn't a long walk from the Tenjijo-Seimon Yurikamome stop, but when your feet are already killing you from all the walking you did and after waiting for quite some time, it was a bit disappointing. I should have double checked times it would end, but I would hope they'd continue shuttle service later into the evening as that is when more people are returning from their day outside. Otherwise, great hotel!

If you are traveling to Tokyo for the first time, or the area you are visiting is not near Odaiba, I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel because it is quite far from the other major tourist attractions. You will be looking at spending 30 mins or more each day to travel at the very least (to US visitors who's not used to efficient subway/train travel, a 30-min trip in Tokyo could get your very far). Anyway, with the warning above in mind, this hotel is actually a bargain. The price you pay will give you a bigger than average room (in Tokyo standard). The hotel is clean, the staffs are very friendly and extremely helpful. On top of that, if you pay for free daily breakfast, you will find that it's actually "OK" for the price you pay. Odaiba isn't known for dining, and having the breakfast in the hotel can save you the hassle from searching for a restaurant in the morning (frankly, you cannot find many before the malls in the area open for business).

Nice hotel, clean and comfy. The service is so good, they reminds me every breakfast and check outs. All standards included (wifi, amenities). My only concern is that the place is quite far from the nearest station, so you need a bit walking to get everywhere.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
