Stayed in their economy room with my wife. Great hotel with helpful staff and spacious room. Upon arrival I noticed that the minibar was not working properly; they changed it very quickly. Breakfast was pretty basic but I liked it. Location was also great, very close to Europe Sq. and Avlabari.

We took a last minute vacation. We had not planned anything out. We had no idea what to expect! and we were pleasantly surprised! The front desk People were so friendly and welcoming. Victoria suggested even where to go for dinner for an authentic Georgian cuisine. she helped us with directions around the city . Very helpful staff. The owner himself takes even night shifts and he even made sure he served omelette of our choice next day for breakfast!! 24 hours front desk staff available. Warm water available in the washrooms. Beds were so comfortable and soft . AC was good. Breakfast has a good spread of continental and Local cuisine . Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to go back again and also would recommend to friends . Keep up the good work Hotel Tuta!

I would like to thank the hotel management represented with Victoria and Helious for their dedication in serving the guests with their great customer service. I would definately book in the same hotel again because it is very calm at all the day without any noise 👏 The rooms are super clean with quality facilities but it is quite small and perfect at the same time 👏

That was my random booking of hotel together with flights. We needed a comfortable room for three. And I wasn’t expecting to have such a great stay because it wasn’t just nice for it’s modern architecture but also for stylish interior, clean and cozy environment and very very soft and kind welcoming of the owner and his gorgeous wife. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to every spoilt tourist, and will I ever come back to Tbilisi I’ll definitely stay there again as it was super close to the Maidan St., restaurants and facilities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
