Very small rooms, shower area very congested but clean. 1st room given to us had bad smell, so we asked for change, and they were nice enough to shift us to new room. Other than this the hotel is clean and the staff is very well behaved. Bring your own tooth brush and paste FYI.

The staff members working at the front desk were always super helpful and friendly. They answered all questions and were happy to help us with recommendations. The rooms are a bit small and there's no fridge. They're serviceable but don't plan on staying long as there's no where to set up. There's a couple mini marts nearby and many restaurants. You're walking distance from some of the main attractions in KL. Not sure why they reset the keys before official check out time though. That seems shortsighted and uncomfortable for the guests.

Everything just nice, bed is soft really comfortable. Walking distance to Pavillion, Lot 10,Sungai Wang plaza, Alor Street and also MRT and LRT station The staff so friendly and really helpful . Well done

This is a gem of a budget hotel, I've stayed here many times. The staff are fantastic and very friendly, rooms are basic ,but have everything you need. Please note upgrade your room if you are in need of a fridge. The hotel has taken a hit during COVID and needs a little maintenance, mainly in the hallways. But I noted work going on in reception while I was there. It's not a hotel for a week or two, there is no bar , restaurant or pool. For two to three nights stopover it's perfect. For me it's position is the plus, 10mins from the main hub and shopping, but only 100m from one of the best bar, restaurant strips I've been to.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although I've checked out from hotel and reached home I found out that I left something at my hotel room. A staff name Eina help me to find it and mail it to me. They provided Excellent service. Thank you very much for the extra service. Really appreciate it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
