To be honest, I was bit concerned about this hotel after reading such awful reviews but decided to risk it as the location was so convenient. I am so glad we stayed at U5. As a family of 4(teen kids) from Australia, we stayed for 12 days(Christmas/New Year) and had the most wonderful time and rested well at night. (best sleep!!) Room was big enough for 4 of us(considering it is located middle of Seoul), clean(just like any other good hotels) , great location(close to markets, train stations)and all the staff were friendly(spoke good English and Chinese so had no issue with communication.) I am glad I ignored the bad reviews and took the risk.I would strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends! Thank you U5 for making our Korea trip so memorable and comfortable. I will come back!!!

The whole hotel is not logical at all. The drainage hole is located on half shower and half under lavabo. No height gap between room and restroom which leads flooding. 3ppls room but not allowed to open one 29’ luggage. Not room keeping everyday or you should tell the reception every morning to keep your room clean. Even though, after room keeping, the room is still not clean from the beginning to the end. No security at all, everyone can get in the elevator to any floors. Room’s door is deformed that hard to close well.

Hotel U5 Seoul offers a decent standard room that met my basic accommodation needs. Its proximity to Eujiro4 station was a definite plus, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, I found the breakfast options to be quite basic, which could be a letdown for those who enjoy a more diverse morning meal. The cafe on the 1st floor was convenient but didn't offer an extensive menu. Overall, Hotel U5 Seoul is a suitable choice if you prioritize location and don't mind a straightforward breakfast experience.

“Never experienced hotel” This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my 20 years of traveling. The management of this hotel is questionable. I don't think this hotel should be recommended. Just remembering it makes me feel bad and hurt my heart and feeling. In this hotel, my family stayed on the 20th floor. If we needed towels, we were told to return the old ones from the 20th floor to the lobby on the 1st floor, and the new ones would be taken directly by the guest. It's their hotel policy. If you need water, guests on the 20th floor have to go to the lobby on the 1st floor to get it. It's their rule. I was also told that guests must take their trash directly to the dumpster at the back of the building. Trash bags are also available in the lobby for guests to pick up. Again, it's their policy. They told If we don't want to follow the rules, just stay without them. It was a family trip and I didn't want to ruin the mood, so I did as they said and went down and up from the 20th floor to the 1st floor during 4 nights 5 days. I walked up and down carrying trashes, towels, and water. I still get angry when I think about this hotel. I think about the family trip that was ruined. I really want to do something about it.

This place has totally no service. Staff was unfriendly , rooms are not cleaned daily. If you need a change of towel etc, you have to do it yourself, as they don't provide room service. If you have late flight, baggage is kept in an open area, with no baggage tag given. There is no security in the area & anyone can go get stuff anytime as the staff don't care . There is,a coffee place in lobby with rude old men staff as well. demanded to get out of restaurant, If you can't decide what to drink. After shopping and going back to hotel, rooms are still left messy ! We stayed there 5 days. And no housekeeping was there to pack up rooms daily. Goodness gracious ! Basically the whole experience sucks at this hotel . Don't recommend at all! Didn't even bother to take a pic. Can you imagine how bad the experience was !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
