The Urban Hotel is a gem in the Madrid area. The hotel is a perfect size for a boutique hotel, the rooms are a perfect size and clean, service throughout the hotel is on point, and customer service is of the highest level. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, as it is within walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable, such as a rooftop pool and a fitness center. The staff at The Urban Hotel is extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. Overall, The Urban Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Madrid.

We absolutely loved Hotel Urban. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Just the fact that our room was ready when we arrived at 8:00 AM after an overnight flight was a miracle. I think they did that on purpose for us! The whole hotel was modern and clean and fresh. Our room was a good size for two. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere we wanted to go in Madrid, including El Prado, the Palace, the train station to Toledo, and all points in between. We saw so many parts of Madrid all on foot. It's not just that we *would* stay at Hotel Urban when we come back to Madrid, we definitely will stay there. No reason to look elsewhere. Oh also, try the Rollerie down the street. It was the perfect easy breakfast place for us.

This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. It is truly special and unique. The service is fantastic - they arranged a surprise for my partner in our room on his birthday which was most appreciated. The reception staff and doormen in particular are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently located in the city center but at the same time, the hotel itself is very peaceful and luxurious. There is a beautiful smell as you walk into the lobby area and the rooftop bar (great cocktails), pool and chill out area are stunning and very chic. Thank you Hotel Urban!

Service is great, and the hotel has a lively, energetic vibe. Location is excellent. Can't give it five stars because of two issues, the first much more significant than the second: 1. The split level suites on the top floor are just below the rooftop bar which is open until 2AM every night, so things can get quite noisy. We had to have our room moved as did at least one other couple we encountered during our stay. That being said, the lower floor we were moved to was lovely. 2. The hotel key cards are unusually fragile and get demagnetized in no time. We had to get 4 new keys issued during our stay.
