Some people find this hotel old-fashioned because the colors are mahogany brown. The service is fine. The rooms were okay and ours, 803, was very spacious. The breakfast was okay. The large bed slept wonderfully. Do close the windows at night, otherwise you will have some noise pollution from outside. The hotel is located a bit on the outside of the center. We chose to take the bike. Ideal to visit Valencia.

Great location. 15 minute walk from Aquariam and science museum. 10 minute walk from a big shopping centre great restaurants. 20 minute walk to nearest metro station. Bedrooms are OK size. Bathrooms could be done with an upgrade. I would bring own shower gel. No conditioner provided. Mattresses are very hard. Took a few nights to get used to and sore back in morning. Pillows were great. Was a bit frustrating we asked 3 times for additional towels as they only provide 2 large towels and they never came. No iron in room, you have to ring down. Check in was a bit abrupt and fast. Pool is absolutely pointless. Small square, more like a plunge pool. Tiny walk way around pool so no where to sun bathe. They had 4 sun loungers but you have to lie in walk way with people walking close by you. Terrible set up. I don't think we would stay again.

The place is in absolute shambles as far as operation and management The air conditioning is not working. It's 80° 80% humidity We were told it was going to be fixed in 10 minutes it's been 10 hours there's no AC in the whole hotel. They couldn't have handled it more poorly if they tried. The lobby was full of people complaining. they had one lovely young lady at the desk trying to field all of the calls all of the guests screaming for The manager. He walked in spoke to one customer and then I saw him hide in the restaurant. management hiding in the restaurant was just icing on the cake.. The Wi-Fi is marginal at best. The whole hotel was sitting in the lobby trying to stay cool because the lobby had great air conditioning. Just not the rooms, and they closed the bar down. I mean for the love of God if you're going to have no AC in the hotel in those temperatures, you should really keep the bar open for people and make them happy and drunk and happy. Every time you go to the front desk to ask about anything the desk is 10 people deep there's one poor soul trying to field all the phone calls and angry people.

On the day of our stay, water was shut off for 9 hours from 1pm till 10pm. We came back from the tomatina festival hoping to take a shower and then carry on with our plans for the day but the water was shut off and we couldn’t take a shower. I called the reception multiple times to get an estimated time of when they would turn on the water and they kept saying in half an hour. Finally I had to leave the hotel with tomatoes dried all over my head and head to a public shower at the beach. All our evening plans had to be cancelled and the hotel did nothing to help us or reimburse us for all the plans we had to cancel last minute. I assume a lot of people head to Valencia for the tomatina festival and having such maintenance work on the day of the festival is outrageous in my opinion. Shutting off water in a hotel for 9 hours is an absolutely horrible way to run a hotel and treat the guests. Some times disasters do happen but to not be able to deal with it is the worst. If some pipe did burst or something their first concern should’ve been for the guest… instead of asking me to continue waiting for water in the shower naked they should’ve attempted to provide alternatives by getting water from a grocery store, suggesting nearby places or at the very least let me know that there wouldn’t be water for 9 hours instead of asking me to wait.

Terrible. The pool is a joke. There are 6 sunbeds. SIX! And hardly any place to sit down. A boring gym and no bar service. The shower leaks so the fake grass is all soggy. Yuk! Nothing except expensive soft drinks in the fridge. €3 for a can of Fanta. Never again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
