Great service but the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. However you walk one block towards old town and it improves greatly. You are one block from the train station which makes it easy to get to, unfortunately all the transients sleep near by the train station. We never felt unsafe because there are police everywhere. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next door and they have great coffee.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in room 1. It felt like a small hotel, but it fit our budget perfectly. The room was not huge, but it was very clean. The bathroom was finished in marble, very clean as well. The train terminal makes this area busy, but the neighbourhood is safe - we walked at night enjoying the many restaurants in the area, as well as the hotel's restaurant.The lady at the reception was very friendly to us and accommodating. She took time to give us a map and explain where we were, the train and subway routes across the city - none of the other hotel receptionist did that in any of the cities we traveled to. By the way, we saw the cleaning staff working and sanitizing the rooms. They were also very nice to us. We recommend this hotel.

Very simple room. No amenities on site. Very hard to find the place, not well signposted at all. Used Google maps and completely missed it. Wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night, but very handy for Rome Termini train station. Not particularly handy for the main sites, walking times were highly underestimated by reception, took much longer to get anywhere in the city. Spend a bit more and stay more central!
