Brilliant hotel with a fantastic location and friendly staff. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. The stairs are very narrow but that's to be expected in Amsterdam! Would stay there again as its great value for money.

Update: the hotel responded and may not like my review but agreed all my facts are correct. They don’t point out the walk up is nearly impossible. I had no need to look more. All trust and confidence was lost. And he’s very rude. No ac, super narrow stairs all the way up. You can barely fit yourself and luggage and have to play a little game to open the door AND have luggage. Tip: if you complain all of a sudden they can move you to a room with AC. I don’t know why they made me suffer. I paid $500 euros to leave this review as I left early. Too dangerous of a walk up. The steps are less than 6 inches wide for your feet and luggage. There’s NO help. The staff know the issues and don’t care. I would not stay here for free. Physically not safe the way to get to your room. No ac (unless you complain but no guarantees, I never actually saw a room with AC). It’s also dated and NOT cheap. you would think like this it would be a lot cheaper. NOPE. Stay at your own risk. Great central location but that’s it. They “offered” me a room with ac and no steep stairs. Why didn’t I get that right away. I can only speculate. I’m not staying somewhere that is scamming me or mistreats people until they complain.

We booked here but didn’t stay. They were kind enough to refund us our money. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. This just wasn’t what we expected from the pictures. The location was excellent…right in the middle of everything.

No hot water day 2 after 8am was a pity. Room was v small and if you are high up the stairs are v tricky. Staff great though. Location v good but avoid the shops and bars outside, rip off places.

The rooms are simple but everything is clean and you get fresh towels. The employees are super nice and helpful. We had a really great time here! 👍☺️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
