Pros: Location & most of the staff Cons: Toilet was broken the entire trip. Had to go to restaurants to use the restroom. They never fixed it! Bathroom smelled absolutely disgusting. Shower was so small I could not fit in it, literally. Only 1 outlet in the entire room. It was as if I only paid for the bed.

The worst hotel in the world, check all the photos, my girlfriend and I checkout day after because we arrive late. The hotel smells cloró, well the photos show more then my words. That hotel I can’t understand how is 3 stars and how this hotel is even open, there’s not a institution who’s taking care about that.

Rooms are really tiny and old, we had a hard time fitting our luggage. I can’t comfortably shower and the handle was broken. I didn’t really bother as it was just for a quick meeting to fix things in Milan and most important was the location. It is well located just a few minutes from Duomo and Cordusio perfect location. Breakfast are mostly pastries with some yoghurt, juice and freshly made coffee. The staff are efficient and hospitable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
