Airport hotel of choice of you are okay with limited service. I won't have my honeymoon here ... unless my flight gets canceled (again). But it was fine for an emergency overnight stay. The staff got us checked in and then out without a hassle. The restaurant food didn't get anyone sick. The craft beer could have been a few more choices since there is a relationship with Darling Brewery. But, everything worked out so no complaints of importance on the restaurant side. The boxed breakfast take away for early departure was a nice touch ... though we never got a chance to grab ours! The early morning front desk staff hustled to get everyone to the airport check-in desk on time even grabbing 2 more shuttles from the parking lot so everyone could get moving. No chaos. Calm professional behavior. You can't ask more at 0400hrs.

Lovely hotel minutes from the airport. The hotel was beautiful and modern. The rooms were large and clean. Had the all basic amenities you would need in your room. The restaurant had delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was a free shuttle to the airport. There is a pool, spa and gym on site. Best of all was the staff. So friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again !!!

This Hotel close to the airport surprises me. Large clean rooms with a perfect bed. Friendly staff at all times. A really nice garden where you can eat your breakfast if you want. If you have todo a stay over book this Green eco friendly hotel.

Eco-friendly hotel close to the Cape Town International Airport. Clean, modern rooms. Cool little walking path through manicured gardens along with a unique, verdant swimming pool. Top notch restaurant on site. The sirloin steak was tender, but the standout was the milk and sago dessert! We also were treated to fantastic service by Yonela. He gave us his personal recommendations as to his favourite foods on the menu while engaging us in friendly conversation.

We stayed in the executive room for one night before our departure from Cape Town. Very spacious, comfortable and quiet, it was a shame we were there less than 24hrs. Generous and delicious meals - we ordered room service and they arrived piping hot and very appetising (much better than what we had from our “5 star hotel” earlier in the trip). Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
