Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel & reasonable price near train staying Napoli. Delicious breakfast and most friendly service. Hotel was immaculate and spacious room. Highly recommend

Booked two nights stayed 1 minute. 4 star hotel? Not even one. Worst hotel ever. The staff also not helpful. Sheets were dirty, room was horrible. I gave them a chance but decided leaving is easier.

I don't recommend this hotel unless you understand exactly what you're paying for and what you're going to get (or no get). I'm not quite sure how it is classed as 4 star. We arrived in a car with no where to park to check in and or bring our luggage in. 2 hotel staff members were standing outside when we pulled up and then 3 at the desk when we finally got inside with no offer to help despite 3 out of 4 members of our party being above 65 with multiple bags. Overnight parking offered by the hotel was over 45 Euro per night and I'm pretty sure they dinged our rental car and didn't own up to it. Our booking voucher clearly requested twin rooms however they gave us double rooms. They agreed to change one room and then asked for an additional 50 euro for the other room despite the beds being 2 singles pushed together. The staff were overall unhelpful and appeared to choose not provided the service that was well within their means to offer. The fridge in the room didn't work and ended up being used as a bedside table. Our room overlooked a courtyard that was exceptionally loud. Outside of a bed (which was uncomfortable and not the beds we asked for) and a bathroom there were no other amenities in the room.
