What a nice place to stay for a city break. 10 minute walk from the main train station, on a quiet street, all the attractions within walking distance, the hotel is small there are no swimming pools or spa, but we went to visit Rome not chill in a hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and serviced each day, There is a continent breakfast available but no evening meals.

I had a really good time at this hotel. Good vibe and good atmosphere! Helpful and lovely staff. And Giulia at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, she helped me many times in a very kind and efficient way. This hotel has a great location too. The room and bathroom super clean. I highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and not only is it in a prime location but the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Rome and I was travelling alone but I felt very safe the entire time I was there, the reception staff in particular are an asset to this hotel! Just a short walk away from the Colosseum and the Forum meant it was the perfect base for my holiday. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Rome.

Our first impressions were just how clean the hotel was. The service offered to us both before we arrived and during our stay was very good and helpful indeed. The hotel is very centrally located, an easy 10 minute walk from Termini. Our room had the benefit of a balcony and most importantly an independent air condition unit for every room. The bathroom was small but very clean and we managed reasonable well, there was always hot and cold water night and day. The decor of our room would benefit from from an update. Would we stay again at Hotel Verona? Most certainly we would.

The rooms are very clean and updated beautifully. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julia who went above and beyond! This hotel is centrally located in city center, safe, and walkable to many sights. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and snack shops just outside of front door. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
