We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The location is perfect - close to the beach and the old town, yet quiet with no noticeable noise. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We can wholeheartedly recommend your hotel and look forward to our next visit! The only areas for improvement we noticed were that the dishes could have been cleaner, and there could have been more diversity in the breakfast offerings.

We've requested a room with sea views and in a quiet area of the hotel. The view in front of the room was the side of another building and you would get a sea view if you are standing out of the balcony. Sitting down in the balcony would not give you a proper sea view because of the privacy screen installed between balconies. Although this was not a major issue, this room should not be sold as a sea view room. The room was overall quite noisy, being able to hear conversations from the room next door, steps from above and overall noise throughout the night. The breakfast was a shambles and the quality of the food was not great. on the second day had to wait for plates, coffee cups, cutlery and glasses so overall not the best of experiences this time around. The room was clean and the staff working at the hotel was pleasant overall. On check in, we had to wait for a while as someone else was checking in first which is ok, but when it was our turn, someone else came up with a problem with their safe and got attended immediately, then, the previous person did not like the room so got attended straight away again whilst we had to wait. During this time, there was only one receptionist who was doing her best to help people and 3 other people members of staff who were more interested in having their own conversations than helping the receptionist.

Overall I had very positive experience with this hotel. It is clearly not a luxury boutique establisment, but rather a more simple one, but it has all you actually need on holidays. All the staff I met was very kind and helpful and all my issues were resolved, including change of the rooms. Hotel has a very nice location with wonderful terrace directly on the beach promenade, at its quiet end. Rooms are simple, but comfortable enough and very clean. I suggest to the management not to sell as a 'sea view' rooms which are to the right end of the building as there is more street and walls view than the full sea view. This should be separate middle category.

We had a very good experience about this hotel, amazing position facing the beach, very nice breakfast and utilities like internal pool and gym. An extra outside pool on a same Vibra hotel at less than 1 min walking on the same street. The service of this place is just amazing, very friendly and welcoming staff. All of the amenities were clean and the room service was spotless. A special thanks goes to Miska and Arturo who have been exceptionally helpful and nice to me. If your reservation is over and your flight is later on the night, relax, leave the luggages in, change yourself in the bathroom next to luggage's room, go to the beach, enjoy the sun and come back to have a shower and get dressed again, the reception will call you a taxi and then you are ready to go! Definitely will come back! :)

Hotel previously known as Playasol Maritime. Right next to the street and easy access to beach. Room was very clean and cosy, although a little small. My room was also facing another building :( Breakfast spread was limited. You can buy parking for 15euro per day, or try to get parking along the streets.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
