Overall experience is ok. Not perfect, not awful. The breakfast is overpriced, with lots of nice places around I’d suggest to avoid it. Rooms are clean and comfortable even if the furniture is outdated. The description on booking says that rooms are isolated, that’s far from being true. We heard both neighbors and road movements. We also were charged twice for the stay. Concierge first tried to convince us that they only make an attempt of transaction and unblock funds in 2-3 working days (even if so, might be extremely inconvenient for travelers), than that we were charged by booking, not by hotel, but bank statement says it all. Hotel is located near Mercado de Bom Sucesso that offers nice gastronomic experience. Worth visiting Casa da Música that is also near.

While the hotel is very comfortably situated it is not very comfortable inside. First of all the equipment is quite outdated, the toilet has probably not be changed since the hotel has been built, it is so loud that I almost felt uncomfortable flushing it in the night. Secondly and coming back to the noise aspect, the walls are absolutely not isolated. I could distinctively hear everything from conversations to tap opening. Thirdly, and to finish on a good note, the personal is ok.

My room was almost perfect 👌. Furniture was dated but the bed was 100% perfect. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Bathroom had the most modern shower head I ever seen. Service was perfect. Front desk was absolutely friendly. Location was perfect with metro station close by and all the restaurants close as well.

Was charged more when I paid cash regardless of the booking.com showed all taxes& fees included but Jose decided to charge me additional 2.20 Euros for some unknown reason. When I inquired next day rep showed me some bogus receipt. Going to contact booking.com. not traveling To be scammed. Room was extremely small with rock hard mattress and paper thin pillows. Should have spent an extra 10 euros including 2.20 euro scammed to have a good night's sleep. If your looking for dishonesty & uncomfortable room this is your place to stay

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel is a bit antiquated, with old furniture and appliances. We booked a twin room which was big enough and spacious but we were very disappointed by the very loud noise the construction of the new metro line is causing (which is just behind the hotel). The windows are very thin and the blinds in some cases were broken so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. However the room was very clean and the sheets on the bed felt like they were good quality. The area is not that great when it comes to restaurants but it does have lots of local bars and a nearby big transit station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
