Nice view from our room of the city. Generous breakfast buffet every morning. Good location (near mass transit) which made getting around the city to see the sites very easy. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to others looking to visit Istanbul.

After an early morning flight we got to the hotel at around 8am in the morning and the front desk went above and beyond to get us an early check in. Which was great as we fell asleep as soon as we got into our room. Every member of the front desk, day or night were outstanding, professional and friendly. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds and pillows however two minor things. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we wished we could have lowered the aircon to less than 18 degrees. The breakfast was hot and filling with a good selection of continental food. However I feel the hot food could be more varied though they did make us eggs the way we wanted them. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and amazing at their jobs. Gunes, Azimi, Utku and Nazl were the highlights. Gunes and Nazl especially were super friendly and helpful and helped us with shopping ideas. Let’s not forget the amazing geniuses in the kitchen who prepared all the food every morning. Gunes I hope you realise your dream one day of managing a hotel!! The boys also loved the swimming pool and my wife rated the spa service highly. The hotel is located in a vibrant area that’s always lively. All the major attraction are easily reachable by public transport which are nearby. All in all it was a great hotel made even more great by the amazing staff that work there.

They all had a wonderful smiles and were very welcoming. That’s exactly what you need to see early in the morning. A greeting with a smile. Your entire staff has been very helpful and supportive. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
