Stayed for the Rugby World Cup 2023. Twin room was perfect for us. Powerful AC, quiet road and clean. Good breakfast including English Breakfast tea. Owner very friendly and happy to chat around breakfast time. Highly recommend Garden Cafe across the road for lunch. Usually a queue but moves fast. Best meal we had on our trip.

Avoid completely if you can’t arrive by 7pm. I cannot comment on the quality of the hotel, but I am sure it is lovely, but there is absolutely no wiggle room on late arrivals. If you are arriving after 7pm choose a hotel with a 24/7 reception!! Everything was resolved in the end with a refund, however I recommend you correspond directly with the hotel so there is no misunderstandings. To clarify, the confirmation I received from hotels.com allowed for a late check in until 10pm, with confirmation 72hrs prior to arrival. This is definitely not the case, hence the review.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hôtel Victor Hugo! They were so welcoming and helpful during our stay in Nice. The room was lovely and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the nice breakfast in the morning as well. The location was excellent! A lovely spot and we were able to walk everywhere. We hope to return and stay there again!

Loved Villa Victor Hugo in Nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Petit déjeuner was excellent and thé each staff member was helpful and friendly. We would definitely return.👍👍👍

The room was quite comfortable with everything needed. But what enhanced the stay immensely was the kind and helpful guidance of the host, Gilles. Always a smile, helpful advice if asked on navigation, highlights of the city, restaurants, etc., that made the stay special and easier. I appreciated his kindness, humor and knowledge. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
