Terrible! Impossible to sleep for two reasons: extremely noisy. They simply do things in the kitchen in the middle of the night talking loud, hitting doors, a total mess. The other reason is the awful mattress in a roof shape, so you feel like you are sleeping on a hill. The bathroom of our room was another problem. Totally adapted for disabled people but not for non-desabled people. The shower room had no door and the shower head couldn't stand in the holder so the whole bathroom was always wet in the end of a shower. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location.

Great staff and good place to stay in the centre of Madrid. The one thing I like in this hotel was when I check out I forgot my 2 expensive jacket after 2 days I returned to them asking for it.. they was waiting for me. Thank for everyone who works there

Fair hotel for the money. In a good location. It's situated in a narrow street off Puerto del Sol square. Our only issue is there is a bar opposite the hotel which attracted a large number of young rowdy crowds who were sat outside making alot of noise and was open until 6am so we didn't get much sleep. This was a Wednesday/Thursday night say so we can only imagine what it's like at weekends!

Super noisy, and super hard to sleep. This should be mentioned on their website! I spoke to the receptionist and manager on site but they didn't do anything about it. Good location, but outdated hotel.

Excellent hotel with good value-cost. Restaurant La Carmela is very good option with 15% off for hotel guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
