        I spent one week with family and 8 years old child. Rooms are big enough, clean and tidy, with every day room service and balcony over the ocean view. Marvellous location, just 5 minute walk to the beautiful, sandy beach. Delicius food, huge variety to choose from at breakfast. You will not be disappointed with the choices available! Clean Indoor/ outdoor swiming pools are available and also kids club. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we particularly like Laura, very professional and smiling girl. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

        The room was smelling and the lights were blinking. The problems were not fixed. On the second day we stopped having hot water and once again the problem was not solved - the staff blamed it on the location of the room and we kept on having to shower in lukewarm water. The hotel was not even on 10% capacity and we could have easily been transfered to a room with hot water if the problem was indeed our room’s location. We didn’t feel very welcome and decided to leave the hotel 4 days earlier. The biggest pros were the hotel’s location, very close to the beach, and the cleaning staff which were very friendly and helpful.

        Nice hotel with pretty good service. Cleaning was great, every day and never bothered us, decent breakfast. Big plus - very close to the beach! Spa facilities are poor but overall very pleasant stay. We stayed for a week in beginning of April 23.

        Just got back from a week here. What a lovely hotel, perfect location in my opinion. 5 mins from the beach, easy to get a bus into Albufeira but in a nice quiet location. Few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel or you can dine in the hotel. Rooms: Spacious, tidy, comfortable bed, had a balcony, aircon table and chairs, kitchenette with fridge/toaster/coffee making facilities etc Food: We stayed bed and breakfast, huge variety to choose from at breakfast. You will not be disappointed with the choices available! Had dinner there one night and chose from the menu. I had the cod fish which is a special this month and that was really good. Pools: We only really stayed at the children's pool as had our 3 year old with us. Really clean and tidy, have to get there early to get a sun bed. It's right next to the park and a trampoline so can keep an eye on your child from the pool. Also a kids club available. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we particularly like Gracinda! Highly recommend this hotel!

        What amazing hotel was very clean, the rooms were lovely and air-conditioned, for breakfast you were spoilt for choice, lunch was very good value and dinner choices were lovely. The best part for us was the staff we were there for seven nights with three children the staff became our friends, service was second to none and the bars great too 😉😅. In the area you have beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and bars, also for €8-10 you can have a taxi to the marina for even more fun 😀
