So I get there a lot of bad reviews from this place so I wanted to leave my experience here. I stayed here the week of October 16th. It was still very hot outside. Going into your room you have to use your room key in order for the ac to work. There was never an issue of the room being hot. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were always given. There were no issues with amenities. The only issue I had was the construction that happened every morning from the hotel across the street. There was drilling and loud noises that always woke me up. The breakfast had mostly cold items (cheese, ham, Spanish omelette) but I don’t expect a huge buffet. There were always options for cafe con leche. The hotel was safe and sometimes you can’t ask for me. There were no complaints for me.

We arrived quite late on a Friday evening, the receptionist was very helpful, Our room was on floor 6, but very clean and tidy. The room was cleaned daily by the cleaner who was lovely, The location of the hotel is a bit far out from the city centre but there is a metro around 5 mins away which will get you to your locations.

After a long journey I arrived at the hotel at around 16:30 on September 19 2023, Tuesday and the two young men at the reception were rude and unhelpful. I was on a business trip, organized by my employer. Usually the payment is taken care of ahead of time, but the hotel refused to take the payment by my employer / the travel agency. After long deliberations I had to pay everything by myself to which the men at reception said "that's not my problem". This is not what good service looks like. The rooms were very expensive given their quality & cleanliness.

Wi-Fi in the hotel is bad. My friend could not use the Internet in the room at all. There is a bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The furniture is quite old. The rooms have obviously not been renovated for a long time. They don't have slippers and toothpicks. When I asked why, they answered that we never had them because it's a three-star hotel. As for the location, it's safe. But it takes half an hour to walk to the city center. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway

Clean & tidy rooms The hotel is on a main road. Didn't have breakfast, so I'm not sure what that was like. Nice local area, not too far from tourist attractions, on a main bus route.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
