Such a fantastic experience in Mexico City. The hotel is more like a private residence with a well kept garden patio near the entrance. It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood with gourmet shops, boutiques and great restaurants only a few blocks away. The service was excellent from our check in to the daily breakfast.

Very disappointing experience - had to change hotels midstay. A few important details: The rooms on the ground floor either have their windows tinted (the ones facing the street) or straight into the patio - either way, they aren't very functional. Also, the bathroom door has a glass part - which means that light always comes in to the room - even at night (there are lights from the patio/restaurant area 24 hours a day). Our bath tub didn't drain properly, and there was standing water for several minutes after we finished showering. Given that toilet paper should not be thrown into the toilet, we asked that the trash cans would be replaced. To our disappointment, they only change them once a day. Moreover, there was construction in the lobby and landscapers doing loud work during the day on the weekend. Lastly, the staff was polite, but not warm or welcoming. Sadly, we do NOT recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay in this charming place. The area is up and coming and a comfortable stroll to wonderful restaurants and bars. The service was great with a nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful and solicitous. A pleasant alternative to a big chain hotel

Our stay for a week in Mexico City was terrific, made only better by the wonderful hotel Villa Condesa. The hotel is well located on a quiet street, the service is spectacular, the room nicely appointed and the breakfast served each day delightful. Hats off to Hector who personally made our visit even better. He is an extremely caring and knowledgeable person who can address every issue presented to him. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location on a quiet tree lined street. Great service and excellent breakfast every morning. Good value for money compared to other bigger hotels. Bathroom needs attention. The bath tub is far too chunky and hard to even get into, makes it feel cramped. Overall a gem, I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
