Rooms comfortable, personal very welcoming, at a short walking distance from the airport. They even prepared a take away breakfast for me as I was departing before breakfast started.

The hotel is nice mostly due to its location. The room was clean and tidy, although, all the furniture is really old. The breakfast was decent. Therefore, I could say it’s a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

The Hotel is a short 5 minute walk from Barajas Metro Station. Hence going to any of the 4 airport terminals is very easy. The rooms were very clean and well presented. The staff are very friendly and assisted with all enquiries. Best of all the price was very reasonable. Will definitely stay here if visiting Madrid again.

I have to agree with the other reviews the location for the airport could not be better the staff are amazing and their are so many fabulous restos and tapas bar around its definitely going to be my favourite place to stay while overnighting at Barajas airport .. literally only 3 minutes walk from the metro station ! Be ware if you’re in a single room the 6th floor it has no lift and if you have heavy luggage it’s a pain!! So get an upgrade for sure !! The only reason did not give it 5 star rating is that its a 3 star the beds are not as comfortable as I like .. and by the way I was upgraded to a twin as their were rooms available at no extra charge .. theyre good 😀

The only thing that let's this hotel down is the fact that the rooms suffer from internal noise ingress. I only ever heard one plane from the nearby airport but I could clearly hear noises within the hotel. Doors opening and closing people talking in the hallways etc. My room was comfortable enough, although there are no facilities to make a drink in the room, and the breakfast was excellent. The one thing that stood out above everything else was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they were brilliant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
