Location is a little far from a metro stop, but it's a great little spot. Not far to walk to the city center or train station. Make sure you ask for directions to avoid the 'red light district' there, if you want to avoid it. Currently under renovation, so breakfast is now being served to the rooms directly. Some guests did not get their breakfast when requested, but we did not have this problem. Stefan at the front desk was charming in the midst of a few challenges. Our room was adorable and clean and had all the necessities including a safe and electric kettle.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful- the Second Lady (that took over the shift) on the other hand was very abrupt and short-tempered- then: apparently their breakfast room is under construction so you are forced to eat your breakfast in your room- which is a problem since the room we were in was incredibly small- with just one chair (we were two) - it’s kinda hard to eat your breakfast standing up- I don’t think they thought thru what it would mean for the guests this construction- then there was the quality/ selection of breakfast- it was terrible. No cutlery provided - no napkins- no sugar for coffee- the cold meats looked like they were weeks old- will not be staying there again.

This is our third stay at this lovely small hotel. Very convenient to the sights of Frankfurt, and close to the main train station for easy exploring across Germany. Quiet, comfortable rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Breakfast room is under construction. You get your breakfast in your room. But instead of an excellent breakfast you get a sober version. Boiled eggs and no salt. Bread is not fresh. 1 cup of coffee? I will not be staying here again.

Lovely hotel, nice room and beds, bathroom smallish, very helpful staff, generous breakfast. Well situated for train, nice walks in other direction with restaurant options, very quiet. Good internet. Would definitely come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
