My wife and me stayed on 31 Oct 2023 for a night because we wished to visit the Toyosu Market the next day but unfortunately the Market was closed (just wonder if Google Map can tell in advance if a place will be closed the next day?). Anyway, the room is spacious enough for us. The dedicated washed room made us felt comfortable. We took a walked to nearby Aqua City Odaiba and the beach front. The next day morning, I managed to take a picture of the sun rise exactly above along the corridor just outside the hotel lobby. How nice! The Hotel room was relaxing as it was very clean and the interior looked very new too. We also like very much the taste of the coffee drip top (bag) obtained at the Hotel lobby.

I highly recommend booking this hotel! The service is phenomenal and the hotel room is worth it! They have a cloak room where you can leave your check in bags until you leave. The room is a little small but the bed, pillows, and blanket was super comfortable! The price is super reasonable for the service and location. I love they give you pajamas to wear and slippers and sandal to walk inside the hotel. I love they have room service everyday to replace towels and PJ, and every other day for a full clean room service. It is super convenient to everything such as food and transportation. High recommended.

Very nice and modern hotel. Rooms are clean, well appointed and a bit bigger than the usual japanese hotel rooms. The hotel fitness room is very small and with few and basic appliances. The nearby hotel Spa is available for a fee and it is very nice and well kept with sauna, steam room, relax area and 7 tubs with different kind of water and temperatures. Breakfast buffet is reach of savoury food and japanese/fish selection. Very poor the offer of danish pastry and not very tasteful. It can definitely improved. Overall it is a decent breakfast. The hotel is huge and on weekends having breakfast gets challenging. There is up to 30 minutes waitlist on sundays which it is not very pleasant. I think they should improve this service. Although, during the weekdays it is much better with no waitlist. Good to know is that the hotel is connected directly to a mall with a nice foodcourt and stores. Metro stops are just a few minutes walking from the hotel.

This place was so fun! It is right next to the Tokyo Garden Theater, a mall, two monorail stops, and the air rail station which makes traveling around the area and Tokyo very accessible for all. Rooms were a bit small, but we weren’t in them long during our visit anyway. Breakfast was delicious every morning and all staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
