Nice hotel for the price. Good location. My wife and I were touring. We were blindsided when the hotel refused to hold our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Most hotels are happy to do this. As a result we had to give up our touring plans and instead did some light touring that was compatible with lugging bags around. Was a shame. It was our last day in the city. Besides that one surprise the hotel was nice enough and we recommend it to those who don't require that service.

Hotel with spacious, quiet and confortable rooms. The staff is very helpfull and speak well English. The breakfast is in a restaurant 50 meter outside and it has regular international sets. There is no free gym. The neighbourhood is rich of tourist attraction, and of night life. Subway station is just on the sidewalk outside hotel.

Only rated 3 stars cos they don't have a pool, restaurant etc. Locale is perfect, got to be 100 plus restaurants nearby to choose from. Only rated rooms 4 star as noisey sometimes when busy. Simple self laundry plus dry cleaning next door. Staff are always helpful. Been staying here on business for more than 3 months.

Likewise typical business hotels in Tokyo, my room at 3rd floor was also small. It was difficult to place my and my son's luggage. What a pity! On the other hand, it seems that this hotel has been maintained well. The room condition, bathtub and water pressure were good. The beds and cozy lighting made us comfortable. Further, the staff was so very kind and respectfully helped me with fluent English. I think the manager trained the employees what the customer wants very well. I was so glad being served well. Considering its ordinary hotel cost per day in Roppongi area, it seems that choosing this hotel is one of good choices for you especially if you are searching for a hotel near Suntory Hall. Where were we? For your Information, I used an airport limousine bus from Narita int'l airport. This Hotel is give or take a 10 minute walk away, from ANA InterContinental hotel. Why don't you check in Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Roppongi with reasonable price and put your feet up?

Overall great hotel experience. The cons were not big enough to make or break the experience. More pros than cons. The location of the hotel is within a business center and located above the subway station. It is an excellent location for traveling by subway to nearby cities or walking distance to shops/restaurants. Hotel was very chic and modern. Check-in was very easy. Staff was friendly. Upon arrival in the room, it was noticeably clean and tidy. The room was small as expected for a Tokyo hotel room. There was not much space to put two person worth of items. It was doable though. Toiletries were available for the stay. PJ set and slippers were also available and refresh daily (much appreciated). Every time you would enter the room, the TV would turn on the hotel menu and play peaceful music. Netflix and other apps were available on the TV. The bed was very firm, and pillows were not comfortable. This is pretty typical at every Japanese hotel I have stayed at though. Pros: Friendly staff, Modern hotel, Clean room, Free toiletries, Daily housekeeping, Great location, PJ set, Netflix, Free water daily. Cons: Limited space, Firm bed and pillows.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
