Location was a bit far from public transportation. I had to walk 20 minutes to Tokyo station or 10 minutes to the nearest metro. Hotel facilities are nice and clean. Check in was very efficient. Of all the hotels we stayed in this was the tiniest. No place for our bags though at all and we only had carry ons. Hotel was nice and quiet and they had good amenities location was just not ideal and room was too small.

We are still staying at this hotel but our experience was fantastic, so far. As for the staff, they all are very polite (as expected from Japan), and even thought their English is not perfect, it's good enough to understand each other without any trouble. Rooms are small and breakfast is average, but you won't find anything like this for such a prize so in the middle of Tokyo. It's really the best option for non-luxury travelers, that is, for tourism mainly. Conclusion is: nice place for sleeping and nicely placed near metro stations and Tokyo center. Amazing!

Stay 7 nights last month. Nice service, clean room and quite place. Surrounded by the office buildings. It’s pity that room is a little bit small. There is no extra space for passing when you open up your luggage. 5-7minutes walk from the metro station (Ginza Line.) Three convenient stores are nearby. Dining place is too small to fit many people at the same time. The self-service breakfast is tasty but always the same. There is a microwave at the dining place, you can heat food anytime.

As Japanese, this hotel’s small room, amenities, cleanliness, view of exterior wall of next building and kind staff are common, so considering location and cost, this hotel is recommendable in only staying at central Tokyo. As for international tourists, if you travel personally and you have priority to stay at central area due to convenient situation to use public transportation, this hotel is recommendable (staffs could speak English). But, if you travel with family or your sweetheart this hotel is a little small for you guys, so if you can bear to stay small room, this hotel would be suitable for you.

Typical business hotel. Twin rooms (2 single beds pushed together) are very cramped with barely any room to walk. Much less lay out luggage. Breakfast was decent. Shuttle bus to Kyoto station was a helpful perk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
