5mins from kanda station, 10min from tokyo station. Hotel is clean and supplies can get from ground floor as shown. Check in/out is fast, did not get the breakfast there. Staff can speak simple english and with the help of translator everything is smooth.

Booked newly renovated room. Overall I'm satisfied with the room. The size is standard room size in Tokyo but I still can open my medium beg on the floor and still have enough leg room to walk. So overall I'm ok. The area of the hotel is a bit quiet but it's not far from Kanda station only 7 minutes walk and around 20 minutes walk to Tokyo Station so it's convenient. Would stay again in future

Very well located hotel. Was a strange experience. We were put in a smokers room. The room was fine. Breakfast was pretty poor just some eggs, sald, soup and pastries. Coffee and juice. Did the job. Has a 7 eleven next door.

This is a business hotel. It has everything you need for a business trip: very, very clean and comfortable rooms, all of the amenities, bed, desk, chair, etc... It is a short walk to the Kanda Station, a minute from the Kanda Dori of shops and restaurants--just enough space away (a block or so) to give you some quietness. You are close enough to tons of restaurants and bars to grab lunch, dinner, or some beers. As for all of the major tourist locations, I'd recommend taking a train from Kanda Station. You can get to anywhere in Tokyo within 15-20 minutes.

Great beds, even better service from the ladies and gents in the lobby. Kanda station is great to get anywhere in Tokyo (Ueno and Sjinjuku are like 4 stations away, Akihabara a good 20 min walk). 7-Eleven across the street! Kanda self is NOT as lively as Ueno or Shinjuku, but it's 4 stations away. Smoking room across the street if you need to Due to limited space, not a wealth of choice for breakfast but still good. Would recommend the daily muffins

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
