Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Comfort: 5/5 Noise: 5/5 Overall: Good location although there appear to be some girlie bars around I think. I stayed in the renovated rooms and if I come back to Tokyo I'd stay here again. The extended review... Cleanliness: 5/5 - The linens and towels were clean which is all I can ask for. Service: 5/5 - Friendly staff who spoke English which I appreciate. Comfort: 5/5 - A very comfortable room where I was able to get The rooms wasn't as small as I thought it would be and the bathroom was actually pretty big. The best part was the blackout curtains!!!! Noise: 5/5 - Very quiet which liked!

The pictures do not do this place justice. My expectations were fairly low, however we could not find a single thing wrong with our stay. The room was spotless. The hotel smells clean and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Even only speaking English was not a problem as the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. By Canadian standards this hotel deserves 4 stars.

We travel extensively. This motel is comfortable, spotlessly clean and has fabulous service. The rooms are small as is expected in Japan. Had everything we needed except for an English speaking TV channel other the CNN. Loved our stay.

Me and my partner just chose this hotel randomly. We got lucky because our stay was overall amazing. It was kept clean and the staff were so accommodating to us. We had to book every night not sure if we would go to another part of Tokyo. The staff could speak English which was a huge plus. The staff also let us keep our luggage in the lobby when we need it. Like when we got there before check-in time and when we already checked out since our flight was later in the day. I’ll remember our stay.
