This is the bad hotel ever. I never stayed in the hotel like this before, the room is super smelling even that they open the window and the dust is everywhere in the room we just checked in with extra late check out by paid for 15€ more but when we entered the room we we decided to leave directly. And when we checked out after check in the receptionist didn’t even ask why we check out so fast. So we paid for our stupid that didn’t see reviews on google reviews first we picked this hotel because of the reviews on website we booked it’s ok. So don’t come to stay in this hotel if you want to sleep and take a rest .

This hotel was horrible. Didn’t look up the area prior to travelling (my own fault) but had good expectations given the price of the room. We stayed three nights. Hair on the bathroom counter when we got there. Cockroaches in the bathroom. We had to sleep with the bathroom light on so that they wouldn’t come out, otherwise if you turned the light on you had to be prepared for them to scurry away. Found cockroaches in the shower and toilet too. Gap under hotel door. Room smelled of bleach. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel charged us double for our stay as we booked the wrong dates and tried to change them but it said there was no availability, we had no choice but to cancel and book the correct dates, for which there was actually availability despite the hotel saying there was not. Upon canceling the hotel refused to refund the money for the incorrect dates. When we got to the hotel there was intimidating people sat in the courtyard who stared us down the entire time for no apparent reason, we did not feel safe at all.

I don't understand some comments that say their rooms were really bad. I arrived at this hotel and first thing was that the reception staff was very helpful. The person at the desk helped us to fill out everything while giving us the cars. Our room was looking good, but it has its style. I can agree with some comments that the bed is quite squeaky, but it was only one side of the double bed. I can add that I really disliked that there are no carpets on the floor in the rooms, but it feels like you'd be walking into the toilet at all times. There card reader seems to be a bit weird because it takes me a bit of time to open my room each time. There is a battery powered safe in the room, which doesn't work. Other than that, room was very warm, and this is the most important thing to me when coming here. Some people said that their rooms were very cold. This one was very warm that I had to open my window for the night. Toilet-wise, it is perfect. Hotel is very close to a bus (100m) going to the main Frankfurt Airport, and Frankfurt-Hahn Airport. There is a train just outside the hotel.

It's alright. Stayed there for a week, they didn't bring us new toilet paper nor did they clean the room when we wanted them to. Location ok. Rooms (especially shower) very bad, mold in the rooms because of the structure of the "Orient Style"

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
