Stayed here for the Christmas holiday and new years. Amazing across everything. Personalized service with very kind staff. The spa was absolutely fantastic and I had the best massage in my life here. Spa staff went above and beyond to ensure I would have a great experience Views of the pool and outside were beautiful. Truly felt like I was in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Rome. It’s just the best! Alessandra is amazing with booking tours and making myself and my family comfortable at Villa Pamphili.

Service is excellent. Parking is convenient, but it's also not a bad uber trip to the center of Rome. We did not use the shuttle but they do have one that others seemed to enjoy. We had two larger dogs and they accepted them no problem when we asked in advance of our reservation, though they recommended a family suite. We are glad we chose this option, the adjoining suites have more balcony and general space which is needed when traveling with family and pets. Breakfast/brunch there was a highlight for us with many options and a cute eating area. We were traveling with one vegetarian and one person with several allergies. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to ensure we were able to enjoy good meals. Also, our massages at the spa were excellent.Two recommendations for improvement would be providing larger, firmer pillows and extra blankets. Some people have breathing issues with flat, soft pillows. Also, it gets colder in the winter evenings and the room thermometers have a maximum setting. Additionally, the sauna areas were nice and varied but, and this is nitpicky, the relaxing seats room does not have heated seats. May be it's not necessary most of the year. Overall we enjoyed our stay and feel it was a great deal for the price. Recommend to families and especially anyone traveling with pets.

Amazing experience back in October at Hotel Villa Pamphili , traveling for the second time to Rome , together with my wife, we choosed again to stay at this great hotel . We loved to see that the staff was well trained, very polite , professional and attentive. Aside from this , the hotel was very clean, with all the amenities possible available. A huge part of our great experience, was due to the hotel receptionist Paolo, he welcomed us with a warm smile, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. He literally made us feel special, heard and understood. The food was delicious , with a lot of variety’s and options. This place has also a great location We can’t wait to come back and have another fabulous vacation at Hotel Villa Pamphili Thank you for the hard work

Very welcoming and friendly Staff. Peaceful location (despite a rather loud barking dog thundering through the peace of a Roman wintery morning). The room was very functional and with a comfortable bed. Although there was some strange smell walking in, so the large window by the balcony was left cracked open. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food. Charming young lady by the bar area. She was under quite some pressure by the extremely busy restaurant, yet she served a delicious cappuccino. All in all, I’d highly recommend this Roman hotel.

Conference hotel with nice surroundings, close to the park, however a bit far from the old Rome. I didn't like the room, but there was everything needed, and the balcony had a beautiful view. The breakfast was good, but do not expect anything special. Bar was OK closing at 24:00. We asked for a recommendation on a travel agency to organize a trip for our group and received none :-( ...sorted the issue by ourselves, but usually the hotels give this kind of info

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
