Good quality hotel. The personnel is very friendly, hospitable. Receptionist Joaquin is very professional. 3 days of our stay were fantastic and very welcoming. We highly recommend this place in Madrid. Great location and service.

The most disappointing hotel I have experienced, I checked out within 12 hours. The room was not clean as one would expect- hairs in bed, sheets snagged, dust. There is no soundproofing- the noise is not subtle but very disruptive and does not allow sleep. Noise from neighboring rooms people yelling/tv, the hallway talking, cleaning staff as it would be impossible to push carts without noise. I find it extremely hard to believe the reviews are not filtered on various sites as they do not reflect the reality of the hotel. I strongly suggest reconsidering if you are looking at this hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standard. Mid level corporate chain hotels provide a better stay than what I saw here.

This is by far the worst 5* hotel experience that we have experienced. Started at check-in with reception staff that were not motivated or engaging and even yawning on my approach to the counter, totally lacking in customer service skills. Continued with a room safe that was not working, I needed to contact the desk three times over the space of six hours before someone was sent. Experience did not improve from that point, every time we left the room we could not get back in as swipe card did not work. First it was due to us having card too close to phone, then faulty swipe, this happened on five occasions. To top things off hot water just stopped half way through a shower, the doorman was sent to assist, he sorted it out but we had to keep the water running for the best part of 10 minutes before it got warm. This was the only 5* hotel were no evening turndown service was conducted, similarly the first time we were not asked about our stay on check-out. On a positive room was spacious and location good, ancient mosaic and vase collection was impressive. Better choice of accomodation and service available in Madrid, specially for the price.

The rooms are spacious and nice, sort of rustic style. The staff is really good, the service was great. The location in my opinion is perfect since you are close from the park and the restaurants and also close to the main streets and shopping places and it’s really quiet. The only bad thing we did notice is in the morning furniture moving from one place to another, probably the cleaning team, they should definitely try to be a little bit more careful since it was really disturbing while sleeping.

Great location. I stay at Hotel Villa Real whenever I am in Madrid. Great staff. Very good breakfast and very centrally located.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
