        Nice location , food is amazing , staff helpful and polite. Pubic areas are immaculate, suite could have benefited from a more detailed cleaning ( nothing major , just dust the top of the wardrobe) , but otherwise adequate. If you're not looking for high end luxury it's a great little hotel to stay. Had a comfortable room with balcony , so enjoyed great views of the courtyard/gardens.

        Stayed here 10+ times over the past 15 years or so. Reliable affordable accommodation. Free parking. Will hold your luggage. Easy tram to downtown. It’s a bit dated but a very practical and affordable option.

        Inconvenient Stay Due to Lack of Refrigerator and Cold Water My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that our experience was far from satisfactory. One of the major issues we encountered was the absence of a refrigerator in our room. Prior to booking, I unfortunately did not notice this detail, and it turned out to be a significant problem for us. As a family with two young kids, including a baby, we had brought along baby food and milk that needed to be kept cold. Not having a refrigerator made it extremely challenging to properly store these essentials, and it put a damper on our stay right from the beginning. To make matters worse, the temperatures during our visit were soaring, and we found ourselves without access to cold, drinkable water. While we had purchased bottled water from both the local market and the hotel, the lack of refrigeration meant that our water quickly turned warm and undrinkable. This was a major inconvenience, especially considering the well-known heat in the region. It's disheartening to find such basic amenities missing from a hotel, particularly when traveling with a family. We were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but the lack of a refrigerator and the absence of cold water greatly impacted our comfort and convenience. While the hotel's location and other services were adequate, the absence of these essential amenities overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and considers improving these aspects for the comfort of future guests. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to families or travelers with specific needs for refrigeration and access to cold water.

        We stayed at room 314, we were not able to use wifi in the room. In the corridor it was ok but since i cant use the internet in my room its useless. Airconditioner should be cleaned regularly, you can see in the photos. Hairdryer was also blocked blowing less due to blockage. There was a school group screaming around the floors :( Please come in the room and try to connect if you say dont have problem. I already complained to the reception about kids. Breakfast has many pastry variety its nice but there is no tomato,cucumber or egg which are also very basic and essential for breakfast.

        Terrible breakfast, not worth a penny. Constant noise from the street and other teen guests, bedroom with smelly bathroom, electrical hazard (as per picture). Bedroom blinders stuck, not closing the block the light.
