Breakfast is terrible. A warm dishs are only omelet, poor sausage, rice and hotcakes...room number was not confirmed and no any information. The swimming pool is very small and the water is dirty. It is not maintained. No one uses it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The owner is not friendly at all. The exercise facility is abandoned and there are no treadmill.. Bicycle 3, one stepper, that's it. I will never come back. About owner. . . . The owner charged me a breakfast fee based on a document that said breakfast was not included. But I already paid for the breakfast included. The owner probably already knows. This is because the amount I paid was reasonable, including breakfast... The owner did not disclose to me the rate they received... I can't help but think that there must be a lie there...

Don't be fooled by the pictures...the swimming pool is a mosquito farm...the pool view is covered with trees.. Even if you made a reservation thinking breakfast was included, don't believe it. They won't ask for your room number and will give you the bill while you are eating and tell you that breakfast is not included...the owner never confirms with the reservation site...only focuses on getting the money.. It's the worst hotel I've ever been to.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We arrived to this hotel stressed from a problem with a previous hotel, we had 2 kids with us and nowhere else to stay, the lady at reception was very helpful and did what she could to get us a room. The hotel is exceptionally clean, they provided an excellent breakfast , clean room everyday, air conditioning, mini fridge and beautiful pool. Highly recommend 👌

The staff is very attentive, and many amenities are within walking distance. Good home base if you're exploring the San Jose area. The highlight is definitely the pool area. It's like it's own small nature preserve!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
