The hotel is wonderful, from my arrival I was greeted by Loris who gave me a cordial welcome, Marcos in the restaurant made me feel wonderful, the dishes were well made and delicious, in addition to recommending very good local beers, Alexandra at the front desk helped me I provided spectacular service just like Laura. The rooms are very clean and spacious. In short, I think that the price of the hotel does not match the quality of the service since the service is five-star plus. Thanks for everything.

Newly renovated hotel with great service and excellent breakfast. The rooms are decent , just the lift which is a bit cryptic . The staff at the hotel serves well and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. A bit far off from the city center, hence a car is highly recommended if staying here.

This was a wonderful place to spend the night in Rome. The front desk is extremely polite, helpful, and spoke English. The rooms were comfy and the restaurants were delicious. Short taxi rides to all major sites. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Excellent staff and the rooms are amazing given the relatively low price. The location is a bit outside the central parts of Rome, however with the nearby bus stations getting to all the marvels this beautiful city has to offer is made easy. Would definitely (And will) recommend to anyone staying in Rome. I hope that this place doesn't change so that I can revisit it over the years.

Restaurant is terrible. We were waiting so long to make and to get the order. My friends ordered sea food - it was not fresh, smelled bad and too salty, I asked about well done steak but they gave me medium rare. Prices are high, portions are small, food is not tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
