        The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Termini central station and we could easily reach other locations from there. We were pleased with the breakfast. Our room was very nice and clean. Many thanks to Fabio, Andrea and Balu, Nasjer,Fernando,Serena and Elisa to made an effort to help us.

        The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The room was nice. Very small shower and the water was mostly cold. If you waited much longer than normal it got "warm".

        Perfect, clean room (310) and all. Breakfast is a no go, not sure about these reviews stating that it is a super breakfast, it is just garbage. Few mins walk from termini station and metro. 4 euro/day public street parking all around the place. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Will come back

        Giving it a 3/5 stars for the location and the friendly staff. Easy access to downtown Rome (a few minutes taxi ride), affordable, but not a 4* hotel, not even close. The rooms are incredibly small, very dark, outdated furniture and not enough space to put your stuff. We were complaining for not getting a room with two separate beds, as we requested, and they gave us such room the next day (we stayed for two days). The price is good considering it is Rome, but do not expect an average 4* hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff are always available and ready to help with anything!

        At first we thought we were in the middle of no where. However railway station was 5 mins away. 10 min walk to Hop on hop off bus which was good value. Breakfast was reasonable content and adequate. Staff were very helpful. No kettle or tea making in room but we asked at reception and it was provided free. A very good stay and we would go again.
