I booked Hotel Villani for my trip to Florence in September 2023. I loved that I could leave my belongings at the hotel, since I arrived early, and I could go explore, while waiting for the proper time to check in. I appreciated that I could do the same at check out. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. You can't get any better than Hotel Villani. It is close to everything (galleries, Firenze Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, the train station, etc). The bedrooms are well maintained and I enjoyed the view of the tower getting out of my bedroom. The terrace area offered a great view of Florence and they offered aperitivo ($). For breakfast, you have a nice variety of things to eat, while looking at the tower. If you want, you can also grab your breakfast and eat it on the terrace. The only reason I give it a 4* is because the shower is extremely small therefore when using it, the water goes all over the floor which could cause a fall. Beside that, I would book Hotel Villani again anytime I go to Florence.

We loved this hotel!! Perfectly situated in the heart of the city it is within walking distance of all major sites and amazing restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the entire staff was amazing! We especially enjoyed cocktails (made by the fantastic Viva) on the rooftop patio with a spectacular view! We will undoubtedly be back here again!

We went to the rooftop for a drink and a view and were not disappointed. The place is amazing, you can see the cathedral of Santa Maria di Foire in the foreground. The service was exceptional, the music was great and you get something to eat with your drink. Definitely a place to go when you go to Florence!

I stayed for 1 night and really really lucky I stumbled upon this Hotel on the 4th floor as I had to change my hotel suddenly...... also really grateful they had one last room become available due to a last minute cancellation. Friendly and very helpful reception. Breakfast option is available but I'd skip it and eat out if I had the time. Room was spacious with a great view of the duomo. Large cupboard/closet in room. Tiny bathroom, low pressure of water but it was hot. Had a fridge. Room itself was very dated, with visible cracks and patch up work in the shadows of a beautiful painted ceiling. Terrace view of the city gives a unique 360 view which is simply amazing. Given that I really needed a room for 1 night and this was a god-send, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Hotel Villani wins when it comes to location and staff. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be right in the center of downtown. The rooms and rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the Duomo. Unfortunately, the hotel needs a bit of TLC.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
