        This was the most amazing hotel you can ever ask for in Rome! The location is perfect - in the center of everything we walked to everything we had planned! But always quite and intimate with an elegance of Rome Boutique style. The team and staff were helpful and always thinking of every little detail up to the little surprises in the room. The breakfast was the most amazing part of the day! the best selection and pastries that nothing outside compared! I hope I get to stay at this hotel again soon because it was really the best experience I could wish for!

        This restaurant was a recommendation from a friend. It’s at the high-end in price and it’s a beautiful Rome experience. The food was outstanding. The fish sandwich is a must and is a signature dish. The pasta with fresh Alba truffles was out of this world . The service from Simon was fantastic. He waited on me hand and foot during the evening I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! There is comprehensive wine list and cocktail bar for those who are interested. This is a special occasion restaurant.

        This was without a doubt one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. We hadn't had a holiday in years because of the pandemic and we were keen to splash out a bit on some luxury. That's exactly what you get with this place - understated luxury. The place is meticulously clean, very well decorated, smells wonderful, and the personal touches are something else. The outdoor courtyard was serene and a great place to grab a drink. The breakfast was exquisite. I'm a big lad and eat a lot, and I never went hungry. There's a buffet bar with fresh Italian cakes, fruit, and desserts which you can help yourself to, hot croissants in five different varieties, and an a la carte menu covering all dietary needs, with classic Italian dishes right through to traditional breakfast items. You can order as much as you'd like for no extra charge, and we rarely needed lunch as a result. The wait staff were absolutely fabulous and the breakfast was a highlight we'd look forward to the night before. But the highlight has to be the staff. Nothing was too much for them (even a tour of the adjacent palace), and they really made us feel welcome. There's no looking down on anyone here, only the absolute best of customer experience. My fiancée asked them to book a nail appointment - no problem. We asked for restaurant recommendations and reservations, and a taxi there - no problem. We asked for directions - they drew a map for us. I cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay. Whatever they're paid, it's not enough. Bellisimo.

        I travelled to Hotel Vilòn for 4 days last week and it was without a doubt the best service, rooms, breakfasts and location out of any hotel I have ever stayed at (having stayed at 5 star hotels around the world, both boutique and large chains (four-seasons etc). Our stay started with check-in where we were offered coffees and some snacks and refreshments. This was a great start and they were free (unlike a number of other hotels we have stayed with). After this we were shown to our room which had beautiful decor and a huge balcony that looked out over the Palazzo Vilòn. Inside our room were complementary drinks and refreshments each day with snacks and a welcome letter! The room service: Each day we had multiple bottles of water, coke, juice etc put in our fridge as well as cookies placed on our table (all complementary) We also had notes left with the days weather forecast. The turndown service was also fantastic with soft slippers and gowns. The breakfasts: We paid for included breakfasts and got access to as many coffees as we liked, a selection of cakes and local cuisine on the buffet and a cooked menu. They also brought us fresh pastries to choose from each day. The pastries were probably some of the best we have ever had and the coffees were the best we had during our time in Italy. The Staff: Probably one of the best parts of our stay were the staff. They were so insanely friendly and helpful and honestly made our stay at Vilon feel like home. A special shout out to Frederico and the short Italian girl whose name we did not get. They were so awesome and made our stay the best. On our last day, my partner fell ill with food poisoning and so we didn't make it to breakfast. But they both remembered our previous food orders and favourite pastries and drinks and had them delivered to our rooms without a question asked. Additionally, the concierge team had awesome recommendations for pizza, fine dining and even gelato during our stay. The Location: Such a good location for seeing any attractions, whilst being away from the touristic madness that Rome has. As a history lover, it was awesome to be 5 mins from the Pantheon and a mere 1 minute from the Mausoleum of Augustus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome and will one day stay here agian!

        We loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Vilon. The hotel itself is perfection - our room was spacious and luxe, and the bar and restaurant are stunning. It is also in such a central location and close to all the sites of Roma. The staff was incredible - so helpful and managed to get us a booking very last minute at a fabulous restaurant. We loved the welcome gift and breakfast to go as we had an early morning flight. Would highly recommend staying here!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
