Hotel Vintage located near to Tsukiji Market ( you can walk for 8-10 minutes). A lots of park with playground around the area too. Because our schedule was very flexible, we often visited the park and my kids love to play in the playground. We found 3-4 different playground park around the area. Lawson located beside the hotel, so if you need something, you just need to go down. The room is clean and big for tokyo size (for 3 adults and 2 toddlers). We still can walk inside the room with 2 big luggage, 1 medium luggage and 1 handcarry + stroller. They have hot water kettle, but no microwave in the room. It's okay, they have 1 microwave in reception area. The hotel also provide, pajamas too. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We arrived at night, but we already sent our luggage in advance. When we arrived, our luggage already inside our room. They have recommendation for local restaurants around the hotel, also laundry, and service that you need. I'm already recommend this hotel to my friends :)

Spacious. Not too close to the train station. About 10min walk. Which feels far in Tokyo considering how close each stations are to each other. The biggest issues I had with the hotel. Was that the front desk/ staff was not accessible during the night. There was no number to reach them. So when some people staying here were being very loud and noisy at night. There was no one to intervene. Something else could happen during the night where one might need some assistance. So I hope they can make some improvements! Also they don’t provide bottled waters for the room, even after they cleaned. (Once during our 4 days of stay)

Went as a group of 4 adults, age ranging from 30-60. Enjoyed our stay overall. Given how small the whole building seemed, I was surprised by how they maximised the space and the room itself was big enough and comfortable for 4 of us. Definitely bigger than what I would expect for a room in Tokyo. Although early check-in was not allowed, the host was super kind to let us leave our bags when we arrived at 2.30pm. She brought them to our room when it was the check-in time at 3pm. The host was also very hospitable. We arrived drenched from the rain, and she offered us towels immediately while settling the paperwork for us. Had an elevator, and pretty much everything you would expect in a hotel room. Lots of charging spaces as well - spaces for plugs as well as USB-A ports. The only cons is that the hotel was about ~10 mins walk away from the nearest train station, so it was a little tough lugging the luggage there.

I stayed here my first ever night in Japan. This hotel is located near Ginza in a very quiet part of Tokyo. It is convenient to multiple subway stations (not JR pass). It has many conveniences stores and delicious restaurants close by. The room is perfect. The size is big, and there is a balcony. There are heated floors, a wonderful bathroom setup, and sufficient heating and cooling. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and made me feel extremely welcome. Please stay here if you want a great location and room at an amazing price.
