        Checking in was a disaster. After I paid cash, the front desk staff asked me to pay again by credit card 😅. I ordered 2 rooms and he gave me one room card only 😅. Then when asked for my second room, he gave me the room card without programming it 😅. That's was rock bottom. Room is pretty tiny. You don't want to stay in it for too long. Saving grace... The breakfast was heaps better than expected. The lounge was good too. Will I stay here here again... 🤔

        Very convenient location within 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station. My family and I were staying in a three-bed room and the room was spacious enough to fit an ironing board even after having our suitcases open. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, quick to respond to our requests. Our room was unfortunately not one with a view as it faces another building. The public bath was also a nice addition and well maintained.

        We loved everything about this hotel! It is about 2 minutes from kyoto station. The room is spacious, beds are super comfortable, bathroom so neat and tidy. There’s a really nice public bath, too! Plus points for laundry area, the massage chairs and the vending machines as well.

        Strategically located just opposite JR Kyoto Station. Rooms are big enough for 2 person with huge luggage to open. Good food around the hotel too. Hotel staff are welcoming and understands different languages too. Warm lounge available for guests while waiting for check in.

        This was the first accomodation of our stay and it exceeded our expectations. After 18 hours of travel from the states, and arriving before check in we were welcomed by their staff. They allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the area. Upon return check in was smooth, the room was perfect and the amenities met all our needs. Used the fitness center in the morning and had the most amazing buffet I've ever had. At checkout they allowed me to store my luggage so I could do some more exploring. The staff, the service, the ambiance and the hospitality were exactly what we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
