Thank you management for offering a solution to my family after hearing our concerns about noise level in our room at night. It means a lot to us as it’s our first time in Pattaya. If you wish to book this hotel and you are travelling with children who needs a peaceful night rest, please inform the management that you need a quiet room that is away from the local clubs. I am sure the management will do their best to help make your stay comfortable and a happy one. Thank you once again for your help and kind understanding.

Good value for the price paid. Like: - good location. Few minutes walk to beaches and shopping malls. - large swimming pool - bathtub + rain shower Didn't like: - We stayed for 7 nights and skipped breakfast of the last few days since we didn't like it and not a lot of variety. - Only 1 keycard given for each room. - The room door doesn't close automatically. Made annoying beep sound if didn't close. Hear this sound from other room everyday.

Not soundproof at all. I can hear everyday conversations, music and voice pain in the next room. I thought I was going crazy. I was in the next room of the elevator, and I kept hearing the sound of the elevator. There‘s no shower, and the sink is outside the bathroom. The sink faucets stick out a lot, making it uncomfortable to use, and splashing water on the floor. I really hate it. I woke up early in the morning and I can hear someone snoring next door. I can't stand it anymore. I'm writing a review.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! Great and convenient location, the beach is half a block away, the night market with parked Boeing 747 is a block away. Breakfast selection is incredible, pool is an absolute delight. My room was clean, nicely furnished and very spacious. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Room - Average rating. Buffet breakfast - good for non vegetarian however not much for the vegetarian guest. Reception Staff - The staff do not speak proper English. It's a struggle to convey your request and most of the time not entertained as the request is not understood.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
