Loved this hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I loved the little details: like putting a cookie on my bed in the evenings, always came back to find me room and bed tidy ( even if I went in and out multiple times during the day) staff gave me blanket if I’m standing out to have a cigarette. The terrace and Roof top is lovely as well. Many restaurants and shops near by, also tram links at the door step. All in all I enjoyed my stay so much.

Very noisy hotel with outrageously expensive minibar and coffee. No price list in the room and a whilst you never expect them to be cheap, €10 for a bottle of beer is crazy. €7 euros for a coffee too - unreal. The room itself was lovely with comfy bed, good shower and great terrace but I would avoid the first floor at all costs - the music blaring from the bar shook the walls and went on past midnight. We complained and were told it would be turned town - it was not. This was Friday and Saturday. Of course on leaving they said they would have moved us but no offer at the time. The hotel is also right next to a tram line which is very noisy and there is a major development right opposite which means construction noises during the week. Clearly they didn’t think about soundproofing. For the price of the rooms, I expected much much better.

Great hotel for business travellers which tends to be well-located yet in an almost secluded spot at the same time! Front desk staff are amazing, food is great, The facilities are great, so are the rooms, Bulk, the restaurant downstairs & the staff in general are excellent ! I spent nearly a week at this hotel. Areas for improvement which Marriott should look at for this hotel are to; ensuring that the fire alarm system are properly set up, the fire alarm went off 3 times between 3-4 September 2023 past midnight & that’s not very acceptable for a hotel of this level. Nonetheless, this remains to be a great hotel & I would certainly stay here again!

After a long day of walk my husband took me to the rooftop for a drink. As it supose to be a treat before our last dinner in Milan. We were surprised that the doorman asked if we have reservation, so it was 5.25 pm on Monday and we knew the bar was open. Google was listing as open. So, we said " no we were just walking by" so the doorman said was closed but my husband talk to receptionist and she confirmed that it was open only for guests, my husband showed to her that he was Titanium Elite but she denied access. However, we were guests at this hotel in the past. The reason that we did not book again is because it is far from all and there is a cemetery nearby. At night it is very quiet to walk by, only taxis are good. Before you book this hotel check Google Map. Very spooky at night.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the hotel is well located near tram stops and underground stops. Brera is about a 15 minute walk, and the Duomo more like 30. Underground parking is available and there is a rooftop pool. The service we experienced was excellent from all staff but we really must single out the service by Savo in guest relations. He gave great advice on activities and places to eat but above all was warm, helpful and very funny. We stayed in room 301 which was right at the end of the corridor away from lifts & noise so, if that’s important to you. Try and book rooms 01, or 02 on each floor (201 or 202 etc). Most importantly, talk to Savo!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
