I recently stayed at a hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia, for 3 nights from January 21 to January 24. The location, just 20 minutes away from the airport, was perfect for exploring Tbilisi. Room 501 on the top floor provided a comfortable stay with a fantastic view. The hotel’s proximity to local amenities, groceries, supermarkets, and public transportation, including the metro and buses, made it very convenient. The hotel is also close to popular tourist spots like the Statue of Mother Georgia and the Bridge of Peace. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was delightful, and Ms. Tia went above and beyond, arranging a tour with George, our fantastic guide. George’s welcoming demeanor and informative tours made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service, as well as the excellent tour experiences provided.

We booked this hotel by contacting miss tsira +995593606490 she booked the Best hotels in the perfect location what makes this hotel so good is the location it's right next to the bus stop and the metro station from this hotel you also spot the mother of Georgia status and a small hill and many more churches nearby. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very good and they also speak good English.

Best Place to Stay for People on a Budget! Near to all places, food, transportation and the staff are super helpful, polite and accommodating they are very happy to assist you with a smile, Stayed for 5 days, and they do the cleaning everyday with new linens and towel. Definitely Recommend!

This was my best experience. This hotel was amazing. My trip to Georgia was really fun. My tour guides were #PartofGeorgia. It was overall an amazing experience. The hotel is in front of a church, so the bells wake me up at 9 am. There is a pleasant atmosphere. They serve breakfast, but it is confirmed, not halal. They have fast service if you want to get blankets or slippers. This hotel made my stay in Georgia even better than it already was. I really recommend that you come here as it is really comfortable. It is a safe place, with a metro nearby.

Highly recommended for those who will visit Tbilisi because only walking distance to the beautiful spots of Tbilisi, near the Metro, the bus stop, near the Money exchange, the shopping store, restaurant and everything. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
