The room was spacious and clean. The service and our overall experience was very pleasant. Different options such as coton pads , sewing kits and shower caps are available for free.

Three star hotel in the heart of Montparnasse–Bienvenüe. The location was excellent. Right beside the metro and train station with easy 15 min train access to Versailles. The hotel was in the area of many creperies and on Saturdays there is a fantastic open food market. We stayed in room 23. The hotel was lacking a few amenities and comforts. There was no fan in the bathroom so it steamed up. There were rats in the drain tube outside that were gnawing on the walls. Fights broke out in the pub downstairs. The maid didn’t replenish our tissue box when we used it all. We had to ask 2 times and then the front desk gave us a box. With earplugs the hotel was quiet. The fan and ac weren’t working well making the room unbearably hot. Otherwise everything was fine.

Stayed here for 3 days. It was a very nice place. The rooms were clean, water for shower was hot, and it was in a great location close to many restaurants and the subway. The room was small, but that wasn’t a big deal. The air conditioning could have been a little colder, but I’m happy that it did work to some degree. This is a very good place to spend a couple nights in Paris.

Beautiful room and location. Bed is firm. Linens are clean. There is a stain on the spare pillow in the cabinet. We did not touch that. There’s no wifi from time of check in to date and this is our 2nd day. I understand issues happens but we would have not known that there is an issue until we reported it and admin acted annoyed that we know.

The bathroom was too small, everything to close together without enough room between. The lack of air conditioning really made a difference as it was one of the hotest weekends this year. Good location though and reasonably priced.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
