This hotel has exceeded my expectations. I read the reviews first before I made my booking and was not really expecting anything from it, but I actually loved the overall offers of the hotel. The only downside is the construction on the other building. The beds were shaking and the actual hotel is shaking, so it was quite scary. Other than that, if you are looking for a simple hotel to explore Munich, I would highly recommend this!

Really loved the staff here, and appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and breakfast crew. Location can't be beat, with easy access to the train station and Marienplatz. I know previous reviews complained about the noise, but I was actually impressed with how well the windows blocked out the busy streets - we had no problem at all sleeping. Would definitely recommend based on the staff, location, and price!

I stayed for one month. It was nice. I had my room at the seventh floor. The view was nice. The room was clean. The bathroom is absolutely appropriate. Staff was always very friendly. They supplied a toothbrush and water if I needed some. All in all, I‘d recommend it to people staying in Munich. The place is busy but it’s in the middle of Munich so it’s okay. One thing that bothered me is that there was no wall between mine and my neighbor‘s balcony and something smelled weird in my room. I don’t know what. Maybe the detergent. Unfortunately no A/C. There are some weird people next door and it’s partially dirty. But that’s nothing the hotel can change. That’s just some general information. However, I was still satisfied. Best wishes.

Central location in a busy street. We arrived late a friday evening and were were treated very kindly by the receptionist. The streets were pretty loud an busy as expected, so I'm happy that we were able to use the reservated parking garage for a fee. The room was of older standard and felt pretty worn down and didn't have pleasant smell. We couldn't get the AC to work in our part of the suite, but it was still cool enough with the window left a bit open. There was also a huge balcony although with just an empty concrete floor, but nice to be able to cool down outside, watching the activity on the street. The breakfast was very nice, much better than we expected.

We reserved and paid for this hotel because it said it had air conditioned and because the pictures showed it to be clean, bright and new rooms. When we were given a room, it smelled like mold and had no air conditioned. We complained and the lady said that the hotel has a/c but not in the rooms. Also, there were several man loitering in front of the hotel and live girls show next door. The pictures are deceiving.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
