        While arriving to the hotel by 1:30 pm the receptionist refused to allow me into the booked room, clawing that the room is not cleaned yet. Next time when I came back by 4 pm, the same receptionist requested me to provide him with the confirmation no. When I showed him the message that I have received, than requested my ID. a matter that he could have asked about from the very beginning. When I was given the room، I found there is not water in the toilet seat. To change the room it took then around 30 minutes. Later I have discovered that there is internet and no heating in the room. When I complained the concierge that there is good blanket in the room " you can use it to get work during that cold night.

        The Staff were friendly, breakfast decent and central location. However, They charge €32 minimum per person but it hasn’t occurred to them to take €2 and provide new towels, perfume the rooms and buy proper cleaning products or slippers. The rooms were dirty and full of dust. The furniture old, worn out and depressing. What kind of a 4* hotel doesn’t provide new towels? They want me to dry myself with a towel that somebody wiped their arse with. Everyone I spoke to said that hotel is 2* and not 4*. The photos reflect nothing of the true state of the place. The greedy owner refused to invest a bit for the sake of his own place and as a result he’ll encounter many degrading comments such as this due to his greed and unintelligent mind.

        The worst hotel experience ever!! - Rude receptionist which did not listen to customers queries and problems. - No working AC in any rooms given and rooms that were given to check for working AC, weren't clean after previous guest. We were given multiple rooms in the most horrendous state. - Dirty/ used towels which have not been cleaned at all and rotten cheese given at breakfast. NEVER have I experienced such a horrible hotel and poor customer service.

        "4 stars" but feels more like 0 stars, no wifi in the rooms, toilet flush not working, they didn't even try to help me when I was feeling sick (I asked for lemon or ginger and they said they didn't have, then I asked for water and they tried to charge me 20 dirhams for a small bottle!!!) The price is also embarrassing for this service, more than 40 euros for one night, prices similar to Europe but for a much much lower quality. Avoid it like the plague

        we literally just moved from one room to another without the staff or us checking before moving. Reception had terrible wifi. What’s more frustrating is that the staff were not even embarrassed to send us from room to room, the night receptionist check us in. After moving into room we found out that the ac was not working, number of staff were sent to check it but still the receptionist said it’s working. Making us feel like we are lying. I had checked in with both my kids under 4, so I had to buy a fan for 500dirham to be able to sleep the night. Every morning I would come to reception to complain and would be told we will sort it by afternoon and when I come to reception again I’d be told no rooms available. For this reason I checked out one day less than I booked The receptionist on check out named TARIK just started to get angry shouting in his own language, when I asked him about extra charges; his reply to extra charge would be that there was extra people but there was not extra people. I had booked three rooms for three family. The reaction of this receptionist was abusive and disrespectful as he would leave to smoke and just chew loudly and speak his own language with his colleague which expressed that we were in the wrong where in actual fact they had sold us a room which did not match the description at all. I had booked double room which was suppose to have two extra-large double bed but the room only had two small beds; the toilets were not cleaned at all, the towels didn’t look clean and super old as it was made when hotel opened and not made new since. I was too disgusted to even take a picture of toilets. TARIK said if there was a problem you should have reported it but on check out he said he would deny any acknowledgment. If I was told about extra charges when I check in I would be prepared to but to be told on check out without any warning before is wrong. I didn’t even stay in a ac room like described. I spend over one hour trying to explain and argue my point but ended up paying because I didn’t want to waste any more of my own time. Photos are of rooms we were moved to in order to have a working AC but no room was clean so I kept old room with no working AC.
